Q: What is the Proof Eyewear manufacturer warranty?
A: Proof Eyewear frames comes standard with a 1-year manufacturer warranty which covers any defect issues including, splits in wood frames, delamination on polarized, anti-reflective, and mirrored lenses, hardware malfunction (hinges, screws, etc.).

Q: What is an accidental protection plan?
A: An accidental protection plan is a great way for consumers to protect themselves from getting stuck with expensive repairs or replacement of their most valued items.  An accidental protection plan covers accidental damages caused by an 'oops' (i.e. mud-wrestling mishap, too strong of a hug, becoming your dog's chew toy, etc).

Q: How do I purchase an accidental protection plan?
A: If an accidental protection plan is available on the item you wish to purchase, then you can choose to add it once you select 'Add to cart'.

Q: Who insures the protection plans?

Q: What if I already purchased a frame? Can I add an Extend™ accidental protection plan to that frame? 
A: Unfortunately, we currently cannot retroactively add an accidental protection plan to a previous frame purchase.

A: You return your product, we return the money you paid for the protection plan. It’s a no-brainer. Depending on how much time has passed since your purchase, you will receive a pro-rated refund.
