One word to describe my shooting style is natural. I like to shoot with natural light and use a natural color space. Even when using artificial lighting, I try to find a natural balance. The inspiration for this shoot was the shades themselves. Each frame told its own story and I just tried to capture that.
I found different locations for each shoot, but wanted to maintain a consistency throughout, so I picked locations next to lakes. So we shot at the Great Salt Lake near Salt Lake City, and at two different locations at Utah Lake, near Provo, UT.  I chose locations that fit my style and just tried to incorporate the glasses into the shot. My favorite frames to wear are the Tribe, and my favorite to photograph were the Hayburn. But that may have had something to do with the model haha.
