Shred the Love || B4BC

Shred the Love is a way of being – healthy, active, and aware. Since 1998, B4BC (Boarding For Breast Cancer) has been hosting grassroots events in partnership with local mountains as a platform to promote healthy, active living. In 2010, B4BC created the Shred the Love campaign to elevate awareness of our Winter Board-a-thon Series and encourage nationwide participation in the program through online and on-mountain activities. In 2012, the campaign received a nomination for the Most Creative Fundraiser by the Stay Classy Awards! The goal of the Shred the Love campaign is to inspire and promote a healthy, active lifestyle as the best means for breast cancer prevention through outreach, partnership, and industry support during the Winter Season. Originated by B4BC, friends everywhere are invited to join the crusade to stomp out breast cancer. Mountain resorts, winter enthusiasts and local communities host board-a-thons and online fundraising pages, turn their mountains pink through awareness merchandise, or just get out in shred in the name of prevention! This Saturday, March 8th,  Shred The Love will be at RED Mountain Resort in Rossland, BC Canada. B4BC will be raffling off Proof frames & other giveaways.
