Press Release:
Proof Eyewear Announces October Collaboration with Boarding For Breast Cancer:
Proceeds From Sunglasses To Benefit Chasing Sunshine Project

Boise, Idaho– Proof Eyewear is partnering with Boarding For Breast Cancer for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Pro-Snowboarder and Breast Cancer Survivor, Megan Pischke, is the spokesperson for the collaboration to release this October.

“I have met the most inspiring and beautiful women, both young and old, through my work with B4BC. Because of them and my own experiences, I’ve learned that there are so many options not only in western medicine, but also in the integrated health arena by way of prevention, cancer care, and survivorship. I’m excited to pass this knowledge forward through the Chasing Sunshine Project so that others may learn, grow, and thrive.” Megan Pischke, Pro-Snowboarder and Breast Cancer Survivor

The collaboration’s mission is to educate consumers on breast cancer and the programs built to provide valuable content and wellness experiences that seek to improve the quality of life of individuals touched by the disease as they make the transition from patient to survivor.

“We’ve been friends with Megs for a few years now and have seen her dedication to this mission. We’re honored to partner with her in shedding light on this significant subject.” Vierra Reid, Proof Eyewear

The Special Edition Proof x B4BC Sunglasses are fully wooden with a fade lens. Engraved inside each frame is a quote from Megan which reads ‘Live an inspired life.’ The engraving on the arms represents Megan's appreciation for all things nature. Proceeds from the special edition frame will benefit the Chasing Sunshine Project of B4BC. The sunglasses will retail for $120 and will release in early October at iwantproof.com.
